Notable Changes from the Previous Year
The 3.0-litre Hurricane Twin Turbo engine is standard across the lineup, and the new Wagoneer no longer includes the 5.7-litre HEMI engine. The flagship model, Series III, has new tech features, including a head-up display, air-spring suspension, and a power-foldable third row of seats.
Performance Specs
The 2024 Wagoneer has a standard engine for all models: the 3.0-litre Hurricane Twin Turbo, with an eight-speed automatic transmission. This engine is capable of 468 lb-ft of torque, 420 horsepower, and provides up to 4,535 kg of towing. All models also enjoy a fuel efficiency of 10.2 L / 100 km on highways and 14.7 L / 100 km in urban areas.
Design Elements
Standard features in all models include tri-zone automatic temperature control, ambient interior lighting, and Nappa leather seats. The Series II Carbide trim has a sunroof as standard, while other models can include it with a package. All trims have space for up to eight passengers. You will recognize the Series II Carbide trim by its 20-inch painted gloss black wheels, while the other models run on 20-inch polished wheels with black inserts.
Technology and Safety Features
All trims come with a 10.1-inch touchscreen multimedia display equipped with UConnect 5. The Series II and Series III trims include the Co-Pilot feature, providing device management, navigation, and access to the exterior cameras.
The Series III also comes with a McIntosh premium audio system, packed with 19 speakers and a subwoofer. All trims feature mobile compatibility, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, and SiriusXM satellite radio.
The whole lineup offers nearly the same level of safety, with over 120 features and driving assists. Standard features include drowsy driver detection, adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, intersection collision alert, and a surround-view camera.
